The greatest R&B musician
I miss Luther Vandross live perfomances and the mucisians sang with him.
I have all copies of his CD's and Videos.
I wish sony can produce videos where various artists pay tribute to him like soultrane and BET.
Also videos where he pays tribute to other musicians such as Smokey Robinson and others
I wish to thank the fans for remembering this great musician.
Rodney Ellis, sound engeneer
Dear Luther,
This is the easiest way to get in touch with you, I suppose.
Rodney Ellis has died in Febuary 2010. I am his partner and I recall so many times how passionately he described your work and how his best job ever in the music Industry was to work for you. He was so proud of it. This goes a long way back, I am not sure which year it was that he worked for you.
I understand that you are a very busy man and probably have had hundreds of sound engeneers but still, I felt like I should let you know.
There is a Tribute online for him, if you care to have a peak and maybe remember who he was.
My honest best wishes
Clarissa Castro
Saw Luther Vandross at the MSG back in the '90s...
and it was an awesome show. It was a date between me and my girlfriend at that time, LOL! It was my first time to see him and I became his fan ever since. He will never be forgotten. Now at 32, working as an editor at a professional writing services company and a father to 2 kids, Luther's music is still part of my life. I listen to his music when I edit custom papers, during dinner parties or when the Mrs. and I is in the mood for loving
