I am remembering, reminiscing, and lovingly gazing back in time about Luther. Time is something else!
It is so hard to believe that it has almost been six years since his passing. I remember planning my year around the next opportunity to visit Luther in concert; (with the fantasy of some how making an up close and personal connection with him). I know that everyone who visits this web site loves him. But people I guarantee you cant love him more than I do! (SO FOR FUN) lets challenge each other who loves Luther more? I love Luther so much that I was sitting in the theater at ( An Evening with Luther concert ) in Kansas City, waiting for it to start. It was a Friday. I could not bare the thought of the following night (Saturday) he was going to perform again and I wasn't going to be there. So I got up from my seat, went to the ticket counter and ask the lady if there was any way I could purchase a ticket for Saturday. Although both nights were sold out, the lady explained that a promoter turned in a few of his tickets. I bought another ticket for the next day in the third row. LOVED IT!! Happy Birthday Luther (another thing we have in common).
